These terms govern your use of solideoconsulting.com and any communication you have with us through it. By using the site, booking a call, or opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to them.

1. Who we are and what this site is

Solideo Consulting (“Solideo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides marketing and appointment-generation services to residential remodeling and renovation companies. This website is informational and is used to schedule introductory calls. Nothing on it is an offer to contract, and booking a call does not create a client relationship.

Any engagement between us is governed by a separate written agreement. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.

2. Who may use this site

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business you represent. The site is intended for business use, not personal or household use.

3. Booking a call

Booking a call is a request for a conversation. We may decline to work with any business for any lawful reason, including because a territory is already committed to another company, because we do not believe we can deliver a result, or because we are at capacity. We may reschedule or cancel a call.

Information you give us on a call or a form should be accurate. We rely on it to assess fit.

4. No guarantee of results

Any figures, timelines or examples on this site describe what our services are built to produce. They are not a promise, guarantee or projection of what your business will achieve. Results vary by market, team, capacity, pricing, sales ability and follow-through, and many of those factors are outside our control.

We do not guarantee any specific number of appointments, leads, closed jobs, revenue or return on investment unless a signed agreement between us expressly says otherwise, in which case that agreement's terms apply. Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.

5. Text messaging (SMS/MMS) terms

Program description

Messages relate to your inquiry and to appointments: confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, follow-up questions, and service updates relevant to the business you inquired about.

How you opt in

You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted — through a form on this site, a booking page, in writing, or verbally during a call. We only message numbers that have opted in.

How you opt out

Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any message. We will send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then stop. To rejoin, opt in again. Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of email.

Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Privacy

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

6. Email communications

If you give us your email address, you agree we may email you about your inquiry and about services relevant to the business you inquired about. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs promptly and permanently.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of these terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or any connected system.
• Introduce malware, or interfere with the operation or security of the site.
• Scrape, harvest or use automated means to collect information from the site.
• Copy, reproduce or republish our content for a competing commercial purpose.
• Submit false information or impersonate another person or business.

8. Intellectual property

The site and its content — text, design, graphics, video, logos and marks — belong to Solideo Consulting or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. Any other use requires our written permission.

9. Third-party services and links

The site uses third-party services, including scheduling, video hosting, analytics and messaging platforms, and may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any content is accurate or current.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solideo Consulting and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business or lost data, arising out of or relating to your use of this site — whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, and even if we were advised of the possibility.

Our total liability for any claim relating to this site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solideo Consulting and its owners, employees and contractors from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [STATE], and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

15. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in force. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding this website.
