Pick a time below. We work with one remodeling company per market, so availability depends on your area. Thirty minutes, straight answers — and if it isn’t a fit, you leave with the plan anyway.

The first company to respond wins the job

When a homeowner finally decides to do the kitchen, they don’t call one contractor. They work down a list. If you miss the call, you miss the job — and you never find out it existed.

They call three contractors

Homeowners rarely commit to the first name they find. They line up quotes, and the contractor who answers first sets the standard everyone else gets measured against.

The cost of a missed call

Most people who reach a voicemail don’t leave one and don’t call back. They dial the next contractor on the list. A $40,000 kitchen can disappear in ninety seconds.

Answered in seconds

Every call, form and message is captured and responded to immediately, day or night. No inquiry waits until Monday morning, because by Monday it has already booked someone else.

Fourteen days of follow-up

Remodels are a considered purchase. Follow-up runs automatically for two weeks so the homeowner still deciding on day nine ends up on your calendar instead of forgetting you.

We only get paid when you do

Most agencies bill a retainer whether or not your phone rings. Shared lead sites charge you for the same homeowner they sold to three of your competitors. Neither of them carries any risk. We do.

How it works

Four steps. You do two of them.

  1. We check your territory

A 30-minute call. We look at your market, your job sizes, the crews you can keep busy and what you already have running. If the territory is taken or you’re not a fit, we say so on that call.

    Day 1
  2. We build the system on your business

Advertising and follow-up built around your actual jobs, your service area and your price point. We screen to how you already qualify — your minimum project size, the work you turn down, the zip codes you won’t drive to.

    Weeks 1–3
  3. Quotes start landing on your calendar

Every inquiry gets answered fast, day or night. We qualify, handle the back-and-forth, book the quote straight into your calendar and remind the homeowner so they’re home when you get there.

    From week 3
  4. You close. Then you pay.

You run the estimate the way you always have. When the job is signed, we invoice. No retainer sitting on your books, and nothing owed on a job that didn’t close.

    Ongoing

Who this is for

We only take one company per territory, so we’re honest about fit before anyone signs anything.

This is a fit if you

  • Run an established residential remodeling or renovation company
  • Do kitchens, baths, basements, additions or whole-home work
  • Have the crew capacity to take on more work than you have now
  • Can get to an estimate within a few days of it being booked
  • Sell on quality and craftsmanship, not on being the cheapest bid

This is not a fit if you

  • Are just starting out and haven’t run jobs consistently yet
  • Are a one-person handyman operation working job to job
  • Are already booked out and don’t want more quotes
  • Compete by being the lowest number on every bid
  • Want leads to resell rather than jobs to run

If your territory is already taken, we’ll tell you on the call and you keep the 30 minutes.

Straight answers

The five questions every remodeler asks on the first call.

What does “pay per close” actually mean?

You pay an agreed amount when a job from one of our quotes is signed. Not per lead, not per quote, not per click. If the quote doesn’t turn into work, it costs you nothing. The exact number depends on your average job size, and we agree it on the call before anything starts.

How is this different from Angi, Thumbtack or HomeAdvisor?

Those platforms sell the same homeowner to several contractors at once, which is why every call turns into a price fight. We work with one remodeler per territory. The homeowner speaks to you and only you, and they’ve already been screened for budget, scope and timeline before the quote exists.

How fast do quotes start?

Two to three weeks of build before the first campaigns go out — writing the copy, setting the qualification criteria with you, wiring it into your calendar, and warming the sending infrastructure so messages actually land. Anyone promising quotes in week one is skipping that, and you’ll feel it in the quality.

What if I can’t handle the volume?

Tell us on the call. We set the pace to your crew capacity and turn it up as you hire. Booking more estimates than you can service is how remodelers end up with angry homeowners and bad reviews, so we’d rather run slower than break your schedule.

Do I need to change how I sell?

No. You run the estimate the way you always have. Our job ends when a qualified homeowner is sitting in front of you at a time they agreed to. What happens in the kitchen is yours.
